This tour takes you towards Galway and through the vast, limestone phenomenon that is The Burren. This journey passed through the town of Kinvara, with a pit stop to see the 16th-century Dunguaire Castle. Situated on the shores of Galway bay, enjoy the fresh air and sea views.
What we do next is up to you! The tour continues either along the coastal roads, following Galway bay or with a visit to Poulnabrone Dolmen to admire the landscape. Both choices offer harsh, panoramic views of the water and landscape, with all roads leading to The Cliffs of Moher.
Watch the wildlife and soak in the Atlantic ocean air as we explore The Cliffs of Moher. Abundant with wildlife, this is a great spot for seeing gannets and puffins. Here you can visit the O’Brien’s Tower, which was built for Victorian tourists to view the Aran Islands.
The final stop of the tour is in Craggaunowen, home to the 16th-century Craggaunowen Castle interactive, pre-historic experience. See how people live in the past, and experience what life was like in 1550.
