We require a deposit equal to 20% of the total tour cost with all tours fully paid 21 days in advance.

We will issue a refund, minus a €100 administration fee, for all tours cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

For tours cancelled up to two days before the pre-arranged start time, we can offer a 50% refund (minus the admin fee).

For tours cancelled on the day of departure, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

While we will do our best to come to an alternative arrangement, our refund policy applies as stated above.

If, on the day of the tour, your ship is unable to dock or tender at the scheduled port solely due to adverse weather conditions, we will issue a 50% refund of the tour price.

This is the only circumstance in which a refund will be issued on the day of the tour.

No, entry fees for attractions are not included in our prices.

Yes, but passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, we can accept card payments. We’re also happy to accept direct bank transfers.

Please dress for the Irish weather and bring a rainproof jacket, just in case.

Yes. If you’re booking by email, please give us 72 hours to arrange your tour. If you’d like to book a tour for tomorrow, please call us and we’ll see what we can do

On a standard minivan tour, we can comfortably accommodate 8 people or 7 people and their luggage.

We can also arrange for groups of up to 50 passengers to travel in comfort. Please get in touch with your requirements, and we’ll make the arrangements.

Generally, Ireland is a very safe country. It is however advisable to ensure no valuables are left on display in the vehicle. We cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items.

Not usually, but if you invite them to join you, they’ll probably be very happy!

A tip is optional, but most groups tend to offer around 10%.

A standard saloon car seats 4 average-sized adult passengers. For longer journeys, we suggest smaller groups to ensure your comfort. This is especially true when travelling with luggage, as storage space is limited.

Our policy is to have you at your dock at least one hour before your sailing time.
